End User License Agreement (EULA)

THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING THE APPLICATION ("APP"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE THE APP.
1. AGE REQUIREMENT (18+)
The App contains adult-oriented content intended strictly for individuals aged 18 years or older.
By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. The Licensor is not responsible for unauthorized use by minors.
2. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
The App is an entertainment application designed to provide suggestions, challenges, and interactive experiences for consenting adults.
Content may range from non-explicit (SFW) to explicit (NSFW).
All content is optional and intended for private use only.
3. CONSENT AND SAFETY
The App must only be used between consenting adults.
You agree not to:
- Coerce, pressure, or force any individual
- Use the App in any harmful, abusive, or unlawful manner
All activities are performed at your own discretion and risk.
The Licensor is not responsible for any physical, emotional, or psychological consequences resulting from the use of the App.
4. LICENSE GRANT
The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
This license does not transfer ownership of the App.
5. PROHIBITED USES
You agree not to:
- Use the App for illegal purposes
- Share or display adult content to minors
- Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App
- Circumvent any security or age verification mechanisms
6. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Licensor shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Personal injury or emotional distress
- Relationship disputes
- Loss of data or financial loss
Use of the App is at your own risk.
7. PRIVACY
Any data collected by the App is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for more details.
8. TERMINATION
This license may be terminated at any time if you violate these terms.
The Licensor reserves the right to suspend or revoke access to the App without prior notice.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Brazil.
